River Bend Nature Center offers fun and engaging summer camps for children entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. River Bend Summer Camps are named after the age groups (K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th-9th grade) and run from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Your child will have fun making new friends, playing games, exploring outside, and more! Adventure Is Out There Camps meet at River Bend, and then travel in the 15-passenger van to various destinations and run from 8:30am - 4:00pm.

In partnership with Faribault Public Schools and Sodexo Food Service, we are excited to announce this year we're providing FREE breakfast and lunch for all summer camps! There are no income requirements, forms or paperwork. You are still welcome to pack your own food and snacks, but rest assured, food will be available should you forget.

Illness Policy
Face masks and social distancing are encouraged at RBNC events. If traveling to offsite locations, RBNC will abide by the site's Covid rules if they are stricter than RBNC's rules.
Please stay home If you are sick. RBNC staff reserve the right send a participant home if they are displaying any symptoms of a contagious illness such as coughing, sneezing, fever, chills, vomiting, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, or fatigue.
