Archery Deer Management Hunt

Deer Management Hunt Registration now Open!

Please fill out this registration form by Thursday, September 7th 4:30pm for a chance to hunt at River Bend Nature Center.

 

• • • The 2023 deer hunt at River Bend Nature Center is ARCHERY only.
    • You must be a member of River Bend Nature Center for your application to be considered to participate in the hunt.
    • Proficiency Test is Required. Proficiency tests by River Bend have passed, you are responsible for finding an alternative option.
    • Must be a member of River Bend. To become a member, pick up a membership form at the Interpretive Center or register here.
    • We will be randomly selecting 30 qualified hunters. The lottery drawing will be Thursday, September 14
    • Hunt Type: Earn-A-Buck, all hunters must first harvest an antlerless deer, report it to River Bend, then utilize the earn-a-buck tag.

 

Special Hunt Dates: Thursday, November 9 - Sunday, November 12

Proficiency Test is Required. Saturday, August,19 & Sunday, August 20

Must be a member of River Bend, Individual membership is $30.00

Lottery drawing will be Thursday, September 14

Hunters will be notified by Monday, September 18 of the lottery results.

Attend the required, in person, orientation session on Saturday, October 7 from 2:00-3:30pm.

Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of your selection
